RESERVATIONS

To guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit payable by cheque or credit card 14 days before your arrival covering the entire amount of your stay or the package selected.

CANCELLATIONS

Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation more than 14 days before date of arrival: reservation changed to a later date or full refund.

2. Cancellation 7 to 14 days before date of arrival: reservation changed to a later date or 50% refund.

3. Cancellation 4 to 6 days before date of arrival: reservation changed to a later date with 25% of the deposit amount forfeited for administrative expenses OR no refund.

4. Cancellation within 3 days of date of arrival: No refund.

5. Cancellation during stay: 50% of cost of unused portion forfeited.
